Benchtop semi-automatic round bottle labeling machine — the ideal choice for small-batch production. Designed for laboratories, startups and space-constrained environments; compact footprint, cost-effective.

The XL-T801 solves one core problem: how to apply consistent, industry-standard (±0.5 mm) labels to round bottles without investing in a large fully-automatic machine. It's a benchtop semi-automatic labeller — a person loads each bottle, the machine positions it with a pneumatic cylinder and rotates it to apply the label. This makes it the ideal solution for small-batch production, startups, laboratories, and space-constrained facilities that need quality labeling at an entry-level cost.
Small footprint, ideal for space-constrained production environments.
an economical option among comparable labeling machines.
Meets the common domestic industry standard, with actual labeling performance achieving an accuracy of ±0.5 mm.
Foot-switch operation or automatic product detection, with the machine triggered when the fiber-optic sensor detects the product. Both modes are standard.
Allows labeling and coding to be completed in a single operation.
Manually place the product (pre-set; no additional positioning required)
Start via the foot switch or product sensor
The cylinder presses down to secure the product
The motor rotates the product while the label is applied and firmly attached
The cylinder lifts
Manually remove the finished product

Cosmetic bottles, wine bottles, toys, and other cylindrical products; narrow containers such as pharmaceutical vials are also supported, provided that the product diameter is ≥10 mm. Products that are too short or too small in diameter may not be securely clamped and driven by the cylinder.
(via the foot switch or product sensor) after placing the product. The descending cylinder may cause pinch injuries, especially when hard rollers are used.
If the switch is turned off, the motor will not run, which may be mistaken for a machine malfunction. The PLC will also be unable to operate when this switch is turned off.
As this may cause bubbles and affect the appearance of the finished label. Opaque labels can be run at higher speeds.
Avoid impact, excessive bending, or pulling.
Enables coding during the labeling process.
Supports integrated inkjet printing.
Label-detection photoelectric sensor (label sensor):
Available with either a sponge roller or a hard roller (such as a dumbbell-shaped roller) to accommodate products with different surface characteristics.
Automate round-bottle labeling without investing in a full-scale automatic line.
