Small-diameter cylindrical products can be difficult to label consistently by hand. Even minor positioning errors can be noticeable, particularly on products that require precise label placement.
The XL-T801L addresses this challenge by securely holding the product and synchronizing product rotation with label dispensing. Its fine-adjustment labeling head allows precise positioning of the label, while the automatic discharge cylinder completes the cycle without manual unloading.
With ±0.3 mm labeling accuracy, the machine is particularly suitable for precision-sensitive applications such as cylindrical electronic products, batteries, and e-cigarettes, as well as other small bottles and cylindrical products within the specified size range.

Manually place the cylindrical product into the designated station.
