Ideal for full-wrap labeling, tapered bottles, and front-and-back double-sided labeling applications in the beverage and personal care sectors.

Operational Considerations

Never reach into the auxiliary cylinder’s operating area during machine setup. Accidentally triggering the cylinder through the HMI while operating the touchscreen may cause hand injuries.

The auxiliary cylinder uses a rigid structure without sponge or silicone cushioning. Excessive air pressure may create a risk of serious hand injuries, including fractures.

The machine uses cylinder-driven intermittent positioning, with a reset cycle after labeling. This start-stop positioning method results in a lower overall speed, approximately 1/2 to 1/3 that of the T-821.

Optional Configurations

Choose one of three mutually exclusive options

Printer, inkjet coder, or coding machine. The printer option uses labels customized to the printer dimensions; inkjet coverage depends on the printhead coverage area; the coding machine supports up to three lines of content.

Registration sensors

Such as fiber-optic sensors and color-mark photo-eyes, enable precise position-specific labeling.
