High-speed horizontal round bottle labeling machine with speeds of up to 300–400 bottles/min, designed for small, unstable cylindrical containers such as vials, e-cigarette cotton tubes, and perfume bottles.

The T-823 solves the challenge of high-speed labeling for small cylindrical products that are unstable when standing upright. Its horizontal roller conveyor keeps products lying flat during transport, while synchronized rollers apply and smooth the label at speeds of up to 300–400 bottles/min.
up to 300–400 bottles/min, significantly exceeding manual labeling efficiency.
Products are transported horizontally in a lying position, making the machine suitable for small cylindrical containers that are unstable when standing upright and helping prevent tipping during transport.
The main roller and auxiliary label-pressing belt work together to apply the label, with their speed differential helping achieve stable and consistent label adhesion.
Enables automatic singulation and feeding of small bottles.
Machine configuration can be customized according to the customer's product samples and labeling requirements.

Applications include pharmaceutical vials and lyophilized powder bottles, cosmetic serum bottles, e-cigarette cotton tubes, perfume bottles (including an application exported to France), safety cones, and other small cylindrical products that are prone to tipping.
The roller conveyor structure cannot be directly integrated with some standard production lines, such as slat-chain conveyors. Line integration may require additional devices such as chutes and product-orientation control systems, increasing integration costs.
Integrated production lines require highly consistent product orientation. Even slight deviations may cause product jams or labeling failures. This also limits versatility, with the system often configured for a specific product.
For example, e-cigarette cotton tubes are often fed using a vibratory bowl feeder, which may limit the maximum labeling speed.
Actual suitability must be verified through testing with the specific product, taking into account its shape, dimensions, and center of gravity.
Automatically singulates small bottles, such as vials and lyophilized powder bottles, and feeds them individually into the labeling station. Suitable for applications where manual loading is inefficient or automatic product separation is required. Without the separator, products must be manually placed on the conveyor.
Provides automatic feeding for small components such as e-cigarette cotton tubes. The feeding method may limit the maximum labeling speed.
Machine configuration can be customized according to product shape, dimensions, and center of gravity.
